POSITION AVAILABLE: Lifeline Village Shift Worker
LOCATION: Pell City, Alabama
TIME: Shifts (shifts may vary based on current need) :

  • 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm
  • 8:30 pm – 7:30 am
  • Weekends Friday @ 8:30 pm – Sunday @ 8:30 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for operations and management of home during assigned shift
  • Responsible for transporting residents to appointments (i.e. work, school, doctor)
  • Dispense medications as written to residents
  • Implement and lead devotionals at specified times
  • Accompany residents to services at approved church
  • Ensure menu planning and preparation when needed
  • Ensure resident chores have been completed by assigned time
  • Document notes on each resident during shift
  • Ensure lights out and wake up times are followed
  • Maintain order in home through enforcement of rules and policies
  • Other duties as assigned by Program Coordinator
